We went to visit Gabi for the 4th of July and had a really nice weekend. The nicest thing was the idleness that we had been wanting so desperately. It was a really laid back weekend, full of delicious food... Gabi learned how to make quesitos, and they were soooo good we made 3 batches! We ate about 50 each... We also went to the beach, which by Texas standards was beautiful, and by PR standards was gross, so it was a good in between. We had a picnic there and spent an afternoon just relaxing. Matt and I had our first "Rock Band" experience and we loved it! We had a lot of fun playing it, and we did ok when we weren't laughing too hard to concentrate. We also played Mario Kart on the Wii with mami y papi online... que paliza que les dimos!We went to dinner at Pili's house one night where Matt had fun playing with Carlos Jose...
And we went to Marta's house the next night where we finally met Amanda!
